1. Who we are

KaiCRM is the CRM and conversation-automation platform available at kaicrm.com.ar and its subdomains, operated by QUAN and Digital Logic ("we"). This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data from visitors of this site and users of the platform.

2. Data we collect

On this site: the data you voluntarily provide when requesting a demo (name, company, email, WhatsApp, team size) and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

On the platform: the contact and conversation data each client company uploads or connects (for example via the WhatsApp Business API). Each client company is responsible for the data of its own customers; KaiCRM acts as data processor.

3. How we use data

To answer your demo request and contact you, to operate and improve the service, to provide support, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of your conversations to train third-party AI models.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

The WhatsApp integration runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. When you use it, Meta's policies also apply. Messages are processed for the sole purpose of providing the service to the corresponding client company.

5. Who we share data with

With infrastructure and processing providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, database, messaging, AI model providers), under confidentiality and data-processing agreements. With authorities, only where required by law.

6. Security and retention

Each client company’s data lives in a logically isolated space, encrypted in transit and at rest, with periodic backups. We keep data for as long as the commercial relationship exists or as needed for the purposes described, and delete or anonymize it afterwards.

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to the contact below.
