1. The service
KaiCRM is a CRM platform with AI agents for conversation and sales management. These terms govern the use of the kaicrm.com.ar site and the platform by client companies and their users.
2. Accounts and access
Access to the platform is granted under contract with each client company. Each company is responsible for its users’ credentials and for activity performed from its accounts.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send spam, violate WhatsApp/Meta policies or those of other connected channels, process unlawfully obtained data, or conduct illegal activities. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Artificial intelligence
AI agents generate automated replies based on the configuration and content provided by each client company. The client company is responsible for supervising its agent’s configuration and the information it communicates to its customers.
5. Billing
Plans, pricing and payment terms are agreed by contract with each client company. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the service upon notice.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its brand and its code are the property of QUAN and Digital Logic. Data uploaded by each client company remains the property of that company.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last twelve months. We are not liable for business decisions made based on information generated by the platform.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under its conditions. Upon termination, the client company may export its data during the agreed period; it will be deleted afterwards.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
